Or perhaps do to maximize the likelihood of my “share” working? Today I had to email my PPT deck to another participant so they could share on their end. I try to share 2 and 3 times, but the same issue happens.
I’ll see the red frame around my PPT on Screen 2 which makes me think it’s sharing properly, but no one is seeing it and sure enough the “share” icon does not show me sharing. However…it seems like the other 20% of the time…I follow the same steps to share Screen 2 (or even Screen 1) and things don’t seem to sync-up.
